In previous studies on childcare person’s career formation quantitative surveys mainly targeting students are carried out. However, in this study, I aim to obtain clues to solve the problems pointed out in the previous research by clarifying the psychology of the childcare person which can’t be indicated by such quantitative survey. Therefore, in this paper, while placing emphasis on the positioning of the whole study, the contents of the survey shall be partially specified\nThis article is a three-part composition. In section 1, I summarize the preceding research, clarify the tasks derived from it, and set hypotheses. In section 2, I show the contents of the qualitative survey conducted for the two childcare persons. The subjects to be interviewed were asked to speak freely about life design including views on work and marriage. In section 3, I show the summary of this paper and the challenge to the next article.
