In both the “Course of study for Kindergarten” and ” Guidelines for Nursery Care at Day Nursery,” the inclusion principle and the provision of reasonable accommodation stated in the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities are stipulated. In the field of special needs education, reasonable accommodation is mandatory, but while the significance, issues, etc. pertaining to it have been pointed out, in the field of childcare for disabled children, practices and research related to reasonable accommodation are not so widely seen. However, in actual childcare centers, practices which accommodate the individuality of disabled children have already been accumulated. The outcome of this will be effective in providing reasonable accommodation in special needs education. Moreover, it will be possible to take the forms of reasonable accommodation that have been accumulated in the field of special needs education, and make use of them in childcare for disabled children. Cooperation between special needs education and childcare for disabled children are essential.}, pages = {79--82}, title = {「幼稚園教育要領」、「保育所保育指針」の改訂と今後の特別支援教育と障害児保育の課題ついての試論的検討 ―障害者権利条約を手掛かりにして―}, year = {2018}, yomi = {キム, ソンオク} }
