Males accounted for 68% of the people examined and had lower age than females. Among the diabetic patients, people with a BMI of 25 of higher were as high as about 50%, but those with dyslipidemia were about 30%. The percentage of men gained more than 10kg from the age of 20 was 21.7% for dyslipidemia, compared to about 50% for diabetes and hypertension. For dyslipidemia, males tended to have a drinking alcohol habit and females tended to have a snacking habit. The common Nutritional Guidance to the all patients was “to increase fiber” and “take in a well-balanced diet”. For patients with dyslipidemia, the proportion of Nutritional Guidance of “reducing dinner”, “reducing fat”, and “reducing meat and increasing beans and fish” was higher than for patients with other diseases. Patients required secondary checkup have a high rate of dyslipidemia, it is presumed that the patient is less interested in eating because of the small effect of weight gain. It is hoped that a Nutrition Guidance system will be built continually.}, pages = {38--43}, title = {栄養指導を受けた健診二次受診者の特徴}, year = {2020}, yomi = {ナガタ, ユウコ and ツチダ, ミツル} }
