| 内容記述 | Children who have graduated from nursery school and kindergartens enter the elementary school. Children with disabilities, receive special needs education from care and education for children with disabilities. In transition from nursery school or kindergartens to school, developmental continuity and educational continuity must be valued for every children case of children with disabilities, this has been emphasized as support for school attendance. In this paper, historically the characteristics of each era were clarified about the relationship between care and education for children with disabilities and special needs education. ; 1.Sprout of relationship — Before obligation system of schools for children with disabilities (postwar-1978) , 2.
